		<description>1) Go hard and heavy after Mike Singletary.  He is the best available head coaching option for a number of reasons, the most important of which is his inexperience, which will allow him the time to build a successful team from the ground up.

2) Make a decision about McKay.  Either fire him and move on or get behind him completely.

3) Encourage your draft team to go BPA in the draft while securing a FA quarterback to compete with Harrington and Leftwich in the 2008 training camp.

4) Cut/trade DeAngelo Hall.
